Yes. RH Renovation is fully licensed (DCWP License #2118142) and insured to work throughout the Bronx, Westchester County, and all five boroughs of New York City.
What does GAF Master Elite® certified mean?
GAF Master Elite® is the highest certification a roofing contractor can earn from GAF, North America's largest shingle manufacturer. Only about 2% of roofers nationwide qualify. It allows us to offer the GAF Golden Pledge® warranty — up to 50 years of coverage on new roofs.

Do you handle both flat roofs and shingle roofs?
Yes. We specialize in flat roofs (EPDM, TPO, modified bitumen — very common across the Bronx) as well as sloped shingle roofs. We are GAF Master Elite® certified for all roof types.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency roof leak?
We offer 24/7 emergency response. Because we are based in the Bronx, we can typically dispatch a team within 1–2 hours for active leaks anywhere in the Bronx, and same-day across Westchester and NYC.
Do you also work on gutters, skylights, and chimneys?
Yes. Beyond roofing, we provide gutter installation and repair, skylight installation and leak repair, chimney repair and inspection, siding, and masonry work — a complete exterior service under one licensed contractor.
What warranty do you offer on a new roof?
New roofs installed with GAF-certified materials qualify for the GAF Golden Pledge® warranty with up to 50 years of coverage. All our repair work is also backed by a written workmanship warranty.
